ORDERING
- Only genuine buyers will be entertained. If you're not sure whether the item is suitable for you, drop us an email. If you are very skeptical about it, we advise you NOT to place any order.
- Please check your measurements to ensure value-for-money before ordering. (All items look and fit differently for each individual due to skin color, body size and body structure). You may request for adjustment or customization in the order form.
- We cannot guarantee the display color will be accurate because it depends on your monitor setting. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on the site.
- All prices are non-negotiable and exclude shipping.

PAYMENT
- Payment must be made within 3 days (except Public Holidays, Saturday & Sunday) upon receiving the invoice. Please email us a copy of the transaction receipt.
SHIPPING
- Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 days (except Public Holidays, Saturday & Sunday) in a bubble mail envelope upon receiving the payment. The length of time is determined by required adjustment or customization (if any). If you do not receive any response or confirmation from us within that period, please kindly resend you email (in case of any technical problems)
